RuntimeError: Detected that PyTorch and torchvision were compiled with different CUDA versions. PyTorch has CUDA Version=11.3 and torchvision has CUDA Version=10.2. Please reinstall the torchvision that matches your PyTorch install.

报错分析：

pytorch依赖的cuda版本正确，问题出在torchvision 

一、卸载torchvision 

pip uninstall torchvision

 二、在有自己所需版本的torchvision的网址中下载对应的torchvision:

https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html

注意添加cuda版本限制（cu113表示CUDA版本11.3）

pip install torchvision==0.13.1+cu113 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html
