maven copy dependency 到指定位置

maven项目，有些时候，需要指定将dependency的jar拷到某个指定位置，Maven Dependency Plugin可以满足这样的需求

执行mvn package命令之后，指定的jar（test.1.0.jar）会被拷到指定位置（./WEB-INF/lib/）
