iOS 域名白名单 NSExceptionDomains 的配置

调接口，先说问题：

Error Domain=NSURLErrorDomain Code=-1200 "An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made."

网上找了很多方案，直接配置 NSAppTransportSecurity，很明显毫无作用。
