Editorconfig配置代码规则，便于团队代码质量管理

除了在visual studio 可以在选项–>文本编辑器–>C#–>代码样式设置代码规则，比如：命名规则和if单行样式、换行规则等等等等
也可以导出.editorconfig文件放在解决方案文件夹。
在vs2019,可以图形化编辑.editorconfig,在解决方案资源管理器，点击"在解决方案和可用视图之间切换"，可以切换到文件夹方式

，然后就可以看到.editorconfig文件了，双击打开即可

.editorconfig文件夹的优先级高于vs内置的规则。

vscode也可以这么用，新版的C#插件可以支持rosyln，自然也支持代码规则，所以把.editorconfig文件放到解决方案文件夹根目录后，Omnisharp服务自动会加载.editorconfig文件，运用指定代码规则。
