The processing instruction target matching "[xX][mM][lL]" is not allowed.

在tomcat启动的时候，报了如下的异常：

     The processing instruction target matching "[xX][mM][lL]" is not allowed.

这是由于在tomcat启动的时候，要对相关配置的xml进行解析，如果xml的格式有错误就会报了。。

我这出错的情形是：

   在conf/catalina/localhost下，添加了ROOT.xml，在<?xml>前多加了一个空格。
