数据库my.ini文件的配置

在与bin文件同目录下面随便复制一份文件，重命名为my.ini 会变成my.ini配置文件

用记事本打开my.ini配置文件 并复制一下内容

注意：飘红的地方要与自己的文件目录对应 只需改为自己的文件目录即可
作用：配置my.ini文件可以解决mysql服务无法启动 navicat连接mysql时候出现1055错误等等
