weblogic.application.ModuleException: 
com.sun.jersey.api.container.ContainerException: 
The ResourceConfig instance does not contain any root resource classes

原因： web.xml 存在问题，我遇到的是 xml 版本不对，3.0 的在 weblogic上跑不起来，在 tomcat 上没有问题，2.5 的都正常。

错误的：
