摘要

目前高校学生会已经成为学生组织中的重要组成部分，在各高校内，学生会已经起到了作为学生和学校之间的桥梁作用，然而学生会在学校内作用的发展已经遇到了瓶颈。随着信息技术和计算机技术的不断发展，继企业之后，高校也在进行着信息化的改革，所以需要建立一套基于计算机信息化的学生会日常事务管理系统。

在这个系统中我综合应用了MySQL、Servlet、JSP等知识。网页界面的结构设计以实用性出发，具有易于操作、简洁、方便等特点。在设计中，首先，运用HTML语言对系统的静态页面进行精细的加工并且在网站的美工方面取得了良好的效果。其次，对于Java编程、JSP的动态编程以及MySQL数据库进行努力学习和大量实践，并运用到了系统的建设中。

本论文就学生会日常事务管理系统进行了详细全面的论述。访问本系统的用户分为学生、干部和管理员三种角色，每种角色有不同的功能的实现。系统中学生的主要功能有：查看活动及岗位信息，了解个人日常考评；干部的主要功能有：管理日常活动、岗位信息，对学生日常考评进行打分。系统中的管理员的主要功能有：管理系统的班级、人员及新闻信息。

Abstract

The present college students will have become an important part in student organizations, in various universities, the student may have played a role as a bridge between students and the school, but students develop the role in the school has encountered a bottleneck. With the development of information technology and computer technology, the enterprise, colleges and universities is also carrying on the reform of information technology, it is necessary to establish a set of computer information technology students based on daily affairs management system.

In this system the integrated application of MySQL, Servlet, JSP knowledge. Structure design of webpage interface to practicality, has the characteristics of easy operation, simple, convenient. In the design, first of all, has obtained the good effect of art using the static page HTML language on the system of fine processing and in site. Secondly, to learn and practice a lot for the dynamic programming, JSP Java programming and MySQL database, and applied to the system construction.

Daily affairs management system this thesis students in detail. Users to access the system is divided into three kinds of roles students, cadres and administrators, each character has different function. The main functions of the system of middle school students have: view the activity and job information, to understand the personal daily evaluation; the main function of the management of Cadres: daily activities, job information, marking the student daily evaluation. The main function of the system administrator: management system, personnel and news information class.
