方德操作系统 tcp6占用80端口，导致无法启动nginx

1. 通过 netstate - nltp|grep 80 查看端口

tcp6       0      0 :::80                   :::*                    LISTEN      1/systemd           
原因：这是服务器启动了ipv6的服务导致的，如果不使用ipv6，直接在系统启动时禁用即可，这样也可以提高系统访问的速度。

方法： 在etc/sysctl.conf 中追加红色字体的配置

 sysctl settings are defined through files in
# /usr/lib/sysctl.d/, /run/sysctl.d/, and /etc/sysctl.d/.

保存后，reboot即可！
