mysql修改字符集后 innobackupex失败

在利用percona的xtrabackup去备份库时遇到这个错误。主要是说在Index.xml文件没有找到这个字符集，无法初始化字符集。

解决方法就是按照提示的路径修改index.xml文件：

最近发现是客户端是使用低版本造成的这个错误，所以只需要把对应版本的客户端文件copy到usr/bin/下就可以了
