The difference between opal and h323plus

Opal is h.323 and SIP Stack
H323plus is a H.323 stack only.

They are very different in architect,
Both h.323 feature set is similar and been ported between both stacks
Codec Plugins generally can be use by both.

Best to look at the docs for both stack.
