Android TextView 字数过多，用跑马灯滚动形式实现

注意：

1、设置获得焦点：

       android:focusable="true" 
       android:focusableInTouchMode="true"

2、layout_width不能设置为自适应wrap_content，需要设置为固定长度，或者外层包围的父控件有限定长度，当文字长度超出设置的宽度，则会进行跑马灯滚动。
