drupal htaccess的错误

在windows平台下安装 drupal一打开drupal目录的时候有时候会发生一个错误，500错误。查看记录文件时这么描述的

最后面我们修改htaccess文件

这两条前面都注释下，因为没有权限。apache配置文件设置不能更改这些权限。当然我们也可以修改apache配置好，然后重新启动。
