I ordered these cute little cat toys that light up one lasted about a week one lasted maybe two weeks. It’s been a month or so now and only one works so I’m sure it will die really soon so it’s just not worth it.

The balls don't work once.I got from the box worked about 1 day, the 2 days.And that's it's a 4 month out.We're out quickly.I just kind of put him away.And I remember to talk about it and so am I leaving you guys now let me know that the balls don't work.They worked about a day and a half when they burn out

I purchased these less than a month ago and the batteries are already dead. They weren't even used for active play. I was going to replace the batteries and realize that there is no way to do that. So I initiated a return. Since I don't have a printer, they are mailing me a label for the return, and charging me a dollar. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle, and do not purchase.

They are are supposed to be motion sensored lights, so I guess they are supposed to light up when moved or there is any motion around. Well, these suck! You turn it on, and it flashes for about 10 seconds and then nothing. My cats start to play with it at first, then it turns off and they walk away. You have to keep pressing and pressing the button, which is recessed and hard to push, and even then it only stays on for 5 to 10 seconds. What a waste of money!

My cat has had this product a month and already The lights don't come back on. They're burnt out units and you can't open it to see what kind of battery it has with out breaking it

all four of my ghost balls were duds.

Bought these months ago, but never got them out of the box until we decided we wanted to use them and found out the button doesn’t pop out. Should’ve checked them out as soon as we bought them . So much for contacting ghosts. Would Not purchase these again

These items require three small wafer batteries or something like that to operate. Not included. Worse still, they don’t tell you anywhere that you need the batteries or what type of batteries to get. Since I couldn’t find out what type of batteries these need, I am going to return them. They should make it more clear that these need batteries or Amazon should give you a hint somewhere. Send em back I say, the cat will be OK!

The internal battery cannot be replaced. It lasted, at most, 75 days of merely occasional use—a few minutes every several days, at most. (Human action is needed to activate functions requiring the battery so it’s easy to know how much use occurred).

Although the toy is not costly, I think the battery life was way too short for the price of the toy. I won’t be buying this product again. And, I’ll reconsider every purchase of any product made by the manufacturer of this toy. I do not recommend the toy to others.

Don't buy these cat balls from here...All 4 of mine you can't turn on unless you use a long nail or qtip...The red push button is all the way inside...I have bought these other places never had an issue you would simple push the button. So disappointed!! Save your money buy elsewhere!!!

These are suppose to be motion activated . Meaning if any movement happens close to them the balls light up. . But you have to push a button for them to light up for 20 seconds then they go off ,unless you push the buttons again. Shame on the maker for lousy explanation and inaccurate information. Good for you , you just got me for my 14 dollars. wont buy again .

1 ordered the quantity of 4 cat motion light balls. Packaging was okay. All 4 items wouldn't light up. There wasn't a way to open them to replace batteries. They seemed durable, and was definitely round. I'm sure a cat would enjoy this item. However, my intended purpose was for ghost communication. Having the lights working was essential for my intended use.

I did a return and replacement. That process of that was quick and easy. Once I recieved the replacement, I had the exact same issue. All 4 cat balls did not light up.

I ordered a different brand from another company, and had zero issues

I was very unhappy with this purchase since it was a Christmas gift for my sister-in-law. All of the balls batteries were dead and there is no way to replace the batteries. Unfortunately my sister-in-law threw away the box for these balls at the time of opening the gift. Is there anything that can be done to remedy this situation?

Send 3 balls that work like the one, to me, before you get in trouble for scamming people. The balls with springs in them, are a joke, and do not work, and are trashing them. Shaking them will have no effect. Let me know when to expect my package. Thanks.

My first review I thought that they were dying because I put them near copper. But I have two other ones that I just had on the floor on the rug next to nothing that has any kind of copper or anything and those died too so I’m just really disappointed they didn’t last more than a month.

3 of the 4 balls worked properly out of the box upon delivery. 2 more died after very minimal use. I will say that I captured 2 of them being lit up on one of my more active paranormal investigations, so I believe they are useful, but I will try another seller and manufacturer. Preferably with rechargeable or replaceable batteries.

I tapped some of the balls pretty hard to get them to light up. I know cats can get rough, but that was pretty shoddy construction if I had to be that rough. I got them for ghost hunting, but I doubt a ghost is going to be able to hit it hard enough to cause a reaction, so I'll gift them to my friends with cats. I'm sure the cats will like them no matter.

So 3 out of 4 of the cat balls right out of the box do not work at all. I really only needed one, otherwise, I would have returned all of them. They definitely should come down on the price if their product is not going to work on delivery. The single ball that does work meets my needs enough that I'll just absorb the cost of the other 3, but look elsewhere than this vendor who sells items that don't work.

I bought a four pack of cat balls for my ghost hunting gear and only two out of four worked and Ithink they know that pluse it is impossible to change the batteries, it is unable to be done unless you break the ball I think since half worked I should get half my money back or send me two more balls that work
