遇到几次这个问题：

The connection to adb is down, and a severe error has occured.

You must restart adb and Eclipse.

Please ensure that adb is correctly located at 'D:\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools\adb.exe' and can be executed. 

我的解决方法：在cmd中进入adb的根目录，键入adb kill-server，然后键入adb -startserver，再重启Eclipse。
