After performing a new install of a Domino® server and a Sametime® server, the Domino console generates the following error message every minute:
Process D:\Lotus\Domino\stservicemanager.exe (776/0x308) has terminated abnormally
or
Process D:\Lotus\Domino\Stt120mcu.exe(775/0x309) has abnormally .
Diagnosing the problem
The new installation did not report any errors, however, after Domino was shut down, nnotesmm was still running in Task Manager.
Resolving the problem
End nnotesmm using Task Manager.
Delete pid.nbf which is located in <lotus directory>\data
Stop and start the Operating System.

9 out 10 times I find the fix is actuallyreally simple, in the names.nsf open the server document and go to theInternet Protocols tab, and on the HTTP tab below, make sure the FullyQualified Host Name of the server is entered in the Host Name(s) field. Reboot the server and see if the error goes away.
