LeetCode[String]: Valid Number

Validate if a given string is numeric.
Some examples:
"0" => true
" 0.1 " => true
"abc" => false
"1 a" => false
"2e10" => true
Note: It is intended for the problem statement to be ambiguous. You should gather all requirements up front before implementing one.

这个题目是我在LeetCode上遇到的最闹心的题目，这个题目没有给出合法数字的定义，我们要做的就是不断地测试，直到处理所有的情况为止。
