Dotnet 好久没有在本机上测试开发者证书过期了

好久没有在本机上测试了，再登录，发现开发者证书过期了。

报错如下

crit: Microsoft.AspNetCore.Server.Kestrel[0]

System.InvalidOperationException: Unable to configure HTTPS endpoint. No server certificate was specified, and the default developer certificate could not be found.

直接运行如下代码即可

D:\NewVue\NewWebAPI> dotnet dev-certs https
