解决办法

 

$destPath =  '../upload/attach/sean/������վ����.doc

 

move_uploaded_file($_FILES["attach"]["tmp_name"][$index],$destPath);

 

改为

 

$destPath =  './../upload/attach/sean/������վ����.doc
