错误如上。

先说说本人配置。一台服务器上挂着两个tomcat。

启动了其中一台，另一台就挂掉。

因为我只改动了启动端口号，一个80，一个8083.

但是两个tomcat的shutdown端口又是一样的，就会造成此错误。

所以解决办法就是改变其中一台的shutdown端口，从8005改成8015.

问题解决。
