数据库告警日志报错：

WARNING: inbound connection timed out (ORA-3136)

可能的原因有：

网络方面的问题，恶意的客户端访问、验证60秒超时、数据库负载过重无法在默认时间内完成客户端登陆等（具体参见文档Troubleshooting ORA-3136 WARNING Inbound Connection Timed Out [ID 465043.1]）

建议：

1）编辑文件sqlnet.ora,添加参数：

SQLNET.INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT = 120

2）编辑文件listener.ora，添加参数：

INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT_ = 110

<或者将上述两个参数都设置为0>

3）重启或重新加载监听：

lsnrctl

Lsnrctl > restart

Lsnrctl > reload
