Job description
Job Responsibilities:
? Deploy GBS Leadership education across GD China and responsible for its end-to end management
? Work closely with GD China leadership, HR and GBS global team, to design the curriculum to best meet the needs of GD China leaders, and ensure they get core and critical leadership development
? Responsible for building core,into new and existing GBS-specific learning programs
? Prioritize content delivered at lower cost over less time?

Qualifications:
? Minimum bachelor degree
? At least 5 years work experiences, either in HR or Education.
? Leadership Training work experience is an advantage
? Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and global team
? Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills
? Ability to think at a strategic level and assure link between business strategy and the education delivery
? Good command of English language – written, spoken and reading.
? Strong ownership to close the assignment. Good problem solving skills.
