Operating steps and Announcements of DASWELL concrete mixer

1.Operate steps:

(1)Take function switch of upright to “automatic”position, press start switch in the controller.Whole operational procedure will be operated by automatic.

(2)After finished whole procedure concrete mixer will be stoped automatically.If need the mixer stop on the half working way, press the stop button then restart it.

(3)Pressed start button, in the screen will show time, low speed, charge sand, fast, stop, fast, working signal pghts , they are shining in the same time.

(4)When operating automatically, turn manual switch to stop position.

2.Announcements:

(1)Gap of blade and pan wall is 3mm±2mm measured by measuring gauge, if the gap is overproof, please adjust position around blade so that reach to pmit range.

(2)After used concrete mixer, remember cleaning up blade and drum promptly. Electrical parts of concrete mixer should avoid shocking, keeping from water , high temperature and dust.
