C++编写的gsoap和JAVA端传输中乱码

为什么C++和JAVA间传输中文会乱码,我的WEBsevice使用C++写的，JAVA端是客户端，目前简单的做法是在JAVA端做修改，代码如下

 string="44";
  String strEncode = getEncoding(string);  
 string = new String(string.getBytes(strEncode), "UTF-8");  

这样后，string的值转换成UTF8了，传输中文没问题了，UTF8可以改成GB2312等其他格式
