【性能调整】等待事件read by other session

read by other session

This event occurs when a session requests a buffer that is currently being read into the buffer cache
by another session. Prior to release 10.1, waits for this event were grouped with the other
reasons for waiting for buffers under the ‘buffer busy wait’ event

这个等待一般会和其他等待一同出现，比如db file sequential read
10g开始从buffer busy wait中分离出来，其实也是热快的一种情况
大多数原因是sql的物理读太大，同时存储的io能力不行，或者负荷太大
