ORA-600(qkaffsindex5)错误

客户11.2.0.2 RAC for Solaris10上的错误。

错误发生在SQL_TUNING的过程中，那么多半是Oracle的bug。查询MOS，果然发现文档Bug 12869386 : DBMS_SQLTUNE.EXECUTE_TUNING_TASK REPORTS ORA-600 [QKAFFSINDEX5]记录了这个问题，不过Oracle目前虽然确认了这个bug，但是还没有提供明确的解决这个问题的方案。

好在问题发生在SQLTUNE功能上，即使失败对于数据库的运行也没有影响。
