不能从open read only直接转换为open read write

今天群里的兄弟提了个问题，正好我也不知道，又从群里学了一点新东西。
问题：只读打开数据库： startup open read only 后，能不能在不重启实例的情况下，将数据库的模式转变为read write?
过程：首先，实验了几种方法，不行，然后看了官方文档，没有相关选项，后来群里兄弟查了一下，发现了比较权威的说法：

and we said...
read only and read write are modifiers of the alter database OPEN clause.

since an instance may mount and open only one database (you have to "kill it" and create
a new instance - set of processes plus memory), you have to in effect shutdown and
restart the instance to go from read only to read write or vice versa.
结果：只能重启实例，以read write方式打开数据库。
