ORA-00845 when upgrade to 11gR1

when upgrade 11.1.0.6 to 11.1.0.7 on my virtual machine, encountered the ora-00845 error. Run the checking utlu111i.sql, the memory_target for the database is more than 436M, my virtual machine just has 319 shared memory. Follwoing is the interpret of Metalink:

This feature requires the /dev/shm file system to be mounted for at least %llu bytes.

/dev/shm is either not mounted or is mounted with available space less than this size.

So the solution is tuneup the size of /dev/shm in /etc/fstab:

tmpfs     /dev/shm      tmpfs   defaults,size=1024m        0 0

then restart the box or re-mount the mountpoint.
