在IE9及以下有反应，IE10以及以上无反应，

适用于解决Placeholder的问题，因为placeholder也是在IE6-IE9不兼容。

在使用过程中，是不起效的，不管IE6-IE9，最终还是得：

来起作用，达到效果

如果单独的

其实对IE6 7 8 9也起作用

需要思考原因后再更新
