解决 EditText 的默认焦点问题

很多程序有一些搜索模块，一进入搜索界面，EditText中的光标就在一闪一闪的，这是因为它默认第一个获得了焦点的原因！

如果不想让EditText第一个获得焦点，可以在EditText前面增加一个空View，拦截它的焦点，就可以解决这个问题了！
