orapwd parameter : PASSWORD (42)

This parameter sets the password for user SYS. If you issue the ALTER USER
statement to change the password for SYS after connecting to the database, both the
password stored in the data dictionary and the password stored in the password file
are updated. This parameter is mandatory.

Note: You cannot change the password for SYS if
REMOTE_LOGIN_PASSWORDFILE is set to SHARED. An error
message is issued if you attempt to do so.

orapwd参数之 : PASSWORD
1. 指定sys用户的密码 , 该参数是必须的.
2. 如果使用alter user命令更改sys的密码 , 则数据字典与密码文件中的密码都被更新
3. 如果REMOTE_LOGIN_PASSWORDFILE参数设置为SHARED , 则不能更新sys用户的密码
