WebSamba Terms of Service
IF YOU VIOLATE THE TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED!


WebSamba is a private service which provides free web hosting. We offer our members 30 Mb of web space, a ftp account, access to ASP (active server page), and many great features.  WebSamba reserves the right to cancel any account for any reason or no reason at all.  Furthermore,  WebSamba provides web hosting to any site that abides to our terms and conditions.  WebSamba   reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.

You are entirely liable for all activities conducted through your account.

The following rules apply while using WebSamba services:

1. Pornographic, obscene, nude, graphically violent, and other inappropriate images are not permitted.
   
   
2. Offensive and indecent directory names are not allowed and will be blocked.
   
   
3. WebSamba is not responsible for the content of any member homepages. We reserve the right to remove any homepages that are in violation of our terms and conditions. Members will be held legally responsible for the contents of their web pages for, but not limited to use of copyrighted material without the permission of the author or posting material considered indecent for minors. The use of WebSamba Homepages for illegal purposes is strictly forbidden and the homepage will be removed without notice.
   
   
4. WebSamba membership will be revoked if any of the following activities occur:
   
   a) Adult or Pornographic related
   b) Warez Software related
   c) Music Piracy Related
   d) Hacking Related
   e) Making available copyrighted software which has been "cracked" (e.g., copyright protection for the software has been  removed)
   f) Making available serial numbers for software which can be used to illegally validate or register software.
   g) Making available tools which can be used for no purpose other than "cracking" software.
   h) Anything related to illegal activity
   
   
5. You and any person who has access to your account must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any Content. WebSamba reserves the right to remove Content which is deemed in WebSamba sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of the Rules or any rules or policies WebSamba has in place at the time.
   
   
6. You or WebSamba may terminate your Account at any time for any reason.
   
   
7. WebSamba will not be liable for any of its services.  We have the right to cancel our service at any time, and we will not be liable for any  files lost and corrupted which may occur from a system crash or hard disk failure.  To the full extent permissible under the applicable law, WebSamba shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use WebSamba services.
   
   
8. You expressly agree that use of WebSamba is at your own risk. WebSamba expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. WebSamba makes no warranty that we will meet your requirements, or that we will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through our service.
   
   
9. You understand and agree that any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of WebSamba service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer system or loss of data that results in the download of such data content.
   
   
10. In cases where you have allowed any other individual to use your Account or have negligently made your password publicly available, you recognize that you are fully responsible for: (i) the online conduct of such user; (ii) controlling the users access to and use of WebSamba services; and (iii) the consequences of any misuse. You further recognize that you, as the holder of the Account, are entirely responsible for activities conducted through such Account.
    
    
11. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY MEMBER FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON AT ALL.
