SAP WM RF Define Queues Within the Warehouse

To ensure that the distribution of transfer orders functions through the system guided process, each distinct area of warehouse should be designated a unique queue.

In the above example, warehouse operatives can be assigned to the individual areas of the warehouse which are each assigned it's own queue to manage the system guided distribution of transfer orders.

Queues:

• Shipping

• Receiving

• Racking

• HVA

• Shelving

Customizing Definition

Logistics Execution > Mobile Data Entry > RF Queue Management > Define Queues.

The capacity fields within this customizing option are used to calculate the traffic light system within the warehouse monitor (LRF1 / LRF2)
