no declaration can be found for element 'dubbo:application'

下载的项目代码，报错：

Multiple annotations found at this line:
- cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element 'dubbo:application'.
- schema_reference.4: Failed to read schema document 'http://code.alibabatech.com/schema/dubbo/dubbo.xsd', 
 because 1) could not find the document; 2) the document could not be read; 3) the root element of the document is not 
 <xsd:schema>.

 

原因是缺少dubbo.xsd文件，在Git上（地址：https://github.com/apache/incubator-dubbo/tree/master/dubbo-config/dubbo-config-spring/src/main/resources/META-INF）下载了源码另存为dubbo.xsd文件，按照以下步骤操作：

windows->preferrence->xml->xmlcatalog

add->catalog entry ->file system 选择刚刚下载的文件路径

Key type:            Schema location
Key:                http://code.alibabatech.com/schema/dubbo/dubbo.xsd

修改dubbo.xsd配置文件中的“targetNamespace”为：http://code.alibabatech.com/schema/dubbo

以上完成后，重新validate项目，仍然报一个UTF-8的错，根据报错提示，找到dubbo.xsd文件中的某一行，将其中文句号改为英文句号，问题解决。
