Job earnings distribution is for the purpose of permanent distribution of an employee's earnings among the data elements listed on the Job Earnings Distribution page.

Keep these points in mind:

• The distribution that you define here is reflected on the paysheet as separate earnings lines for the hours or amount distributed.
• If overriding an employee's department or job code for one pay period, use the paysheets.

Use  Job Earnings Distribution page to allocate an employee's earnings among several departments, job codes, shifts, positions, and account codes.
