You can have a couple of app designer shortcuts on your desktop specific to each environment. Each shortcut can be embedded with credentials for automatic login.
The shortcut contains the following application arguments:
pside.exe -CT <DBTYPE> -CS <SERVERNAME> -CD<DBNAME> -CO <USERNAME> -CP <PASSWORD>
e.g. C:\PT8.51\bin\client\Winx86\pside.exe -CT ORACLE -CS CSDEV -CD CSDEV -CO username -CP password
