点添加打印机没有反应 诊断方法

检查以下服务均已经正常启动:

DCOM Server Process Launcher
Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Locator
Print Spooler
Plug and Play

经确认发现1/3项未启动，把1/3项设置为自动后，重启机器问题解决。

记录一下，我以前经常喜欢把1/3项服务设置为手动启动，为此折腾了N长时间，太不应该了。
