启动em时报错：OC4J Configuration issue解决办法

启动em时报错：
[oracle@gl ~]$ emctl start dbconsole
OC4J Configuration issue. /data/oracle/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_gl.localdomain_DB11G not found.

发生此问题的原因：因为oracle所在数据库的ip地址发生变化引起em启动的时候报 OC4J Configuration issue错误。
解决办法：重新配置dbcontrol
[oracle@gl config]$ emca -config dbcontrol db
