ORA-07445&ORA-00108解決

最近公司上了一個案子，在做Standby 的時間發現bdump報如下錯誤，經過多次驗證確定是/etc/hosts hostname 和 IP地址不一致導致 ，修改為正確的，重新啟動一下DB，以下報錯就沒有再出現。

做個記錄，防止自己忘記
