1，看日志，首选操作，排查一切问题的首选思路：
vi  /tmp/zabbix_server.log 可以看到详细报错信息。

2，selinux 是否关闭。没有关闭的关了，/etc/sysconfig/selinux 改成disabled 。然后setenforce 0关闭。
3，zabbix web目录下面  conf的配置文件，$ZBX_SERVER 是否为ip，如果是localhost，ping下localhost是否能解析。如果不能，需要在/etc/hosts文件里增加相应的项目或更改成127.0.0.1。
4，fsockopen核实是否启用，没启用就启用下。
5，openssl之前默认应该设置支持。如没有设置，安装。
