One of my UTM272 cluster members lost connection to our management console. Even tried cold reset, it will still not showing up in Smartview monitor. Connected console cable into this UTM, and found following info in the console screen:

This UTM 272 was running R71.30 and configured as cluster member and it was fine for several days with its pair. Pushed basic policy several times and leave it running for several days, no issue. Until starting to upgrade to R75.20, it failed during upgrade process, lost the connection. Not sure if upgrade completed or not.

Its weird since this is complete new set and was running fine on R71.30 in cluster mode. Have not met this before although have managed hundreds of UTM. Actually nothing I can do, just called support and RMA-ed it. Have you met this kind of problem, and any suggestion, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
