练习一

在windows 2003下安装了oracle 9204,新建数据库ORA92.用sql语句新建表空间testdata:

sql>create tablespace testdata

datafile 'F:ORACLEORADATAORA92 estdata01.dbf' size 100M

autoextend on next 5M maxsize 200M;

以后的练习就以这个数据库和表空间为基础了。

You can remove a tablespace from the database when the tablespace and its contents are no longer

required with the following commond: Drop TABLESPACE tablespace [INCLUDEING

CONTENTS [AND DATAFILES] [CADCADE CONSTRAINTS]]

where: tablespace --- specifies the name of the tablespace to be dropped

INCLUDING CONTENTS --- drops all the segments in the tablespace

AND DATAFILES --- deletes the associated operating system files cascade

constraints ---drops referential integrity constraints from tables outside the tablespace

that refer to primary and unique keys in the tables in dropped tablespace

It is recommended that you take the tablespace offine (ALTER TABLESPACE tablespace

offine)before dropping it to ensure that no transactions access any of the segments in the

tablespace.
