NFL Defensive end star Mario Williams donates 5 Dodge Chargers to HPD
At an 11 AM press conference in the media room of Houston Police Dept Headquarters Tue Mar 12, Houston Police Chief Charles McClellan welcomed Mario Williams, (now a defensive end for the Buffalo Bills, and formerly the first round draft choice of the Houston Texans), to announce Williams' gift of 5 new highperformance 2013 Dodge Chargers to the Traffic Enforcement Division of the Houston Police Department. The new Dodge Chargers are black with black lettering so they appear unmarked at a distance. But the lettering appears bright white in letters in digital photos taken with laser sensors. The five Camaros were white with white lettering. HPD officers nickname the white vehicles "ghosts" and the black ones "fantoms" or "zombies."
