Unbelievable students' behavior in class

It was great surprised to see this unbelievable students' behavior in class. The wild class totally smashed the good impression on Chinese students by the people around the world. As a Chinese old saying "A falling leaf foretells the coming fall," this class reveals the bad and poor management of the administrative of the school. As a Chinese old saying "A falling leaf foretells the coming fall," this class reveals the bad and poor management of the administrative of the school. Does the school have any code of conduct and rules? It seems to me that the chaotic and rude behavior of these students is partially both due to the loose management o f school and teachers, and partially due to the un healthy social background of the students. "Rome i s not built in one day." By the same token, bad behavior is not formed in one day. Haidian Performing Art Professional High School seems to tolerate such wild and rude behavior, otherwise students wouldn't behavior like that. To me it is totally unaccepted behavior of the students.
From the video, I saw the teacher continued teaching to a class of nobody-listen-to. He was blind to misbehavior of t he students. He didn't take any actions to stop their misbehavior, which promoted further agressiveness and rudeness of the students. Why he kept teaching? It didn't make any sense since nobody was learning and everybody acted wildly. Is he a trained and experienced teacher?
I used to teach a 10th grade class which, I thought, was the toughest class in the world. Yet nobody dared to insult me in c lass publicly. Once they acted wildly, I called the security guard in. As a result, one student was suspended from the that high school and some other s got warnings in writing. This is America, I respected students' rights, however they had to respect my rights and school and classroom's rules. Any violation will not leave unatended. There are consequences. I am a Chinese. My heart was broken when I saw the on-line video of Haidian School's class.
Poor teacher, if you continue to conduct your class in such way without any means to discipline students, both you and students wouldn't get any benefit from the class. You need dignity and students need training and discipline. Quit your job, find something else to do.
Haidian Performing Art Professional School authorities need to change their w ay to run school. School is a place to educate, no t a money making machine.
