jenkins编译java项目时无法读取pom.xml文件

解决方法：
勾选build下的启用触发下游项目/构建时阻止下游触发器    
Build--
Enable triggering of downstream projects    
  Block downstream trigger when building    

No changes for http://1.1.1.1/beijing/doc/java since the previous build
Parsing POMs
