DBCA(NETCA)不能创建集群实例（监听）

如果CRS的状态一切正常，这个问题大部分是由于inventory.xml 文件配置错误导致的
如果出现这个问题，请先查看inventory.xml

解决办法摘录自（Oracle Doc ID 373022.1） ：

To fix inventory entries for the CRS home, use the following command:
-----------------------------------------------------
$ORACLE_HOME/oui/bin/./runInstaller -silent -attachHome
ORACLE_HOME= ORACLE_HOME_NAME=OraCr10g_home
CRS="true" CLUSTER_NODES=,
-------------------------------------------------------------
To fix inventory entries for the Oracle home, use the following command:
-------------------------------------------------------------
$ORACLE_HOME/oui/bin/./runInstaller -silent -attachHome
ORACLE_HOME=
ORACLE_HOME_NAME=OraDb10g_home1 CRS="false" CLUSTER_NODES=,
-------------------------------------------------------------

It's possible that the following error may be encountered while running this command:
-------------------------------------------------------------
OUI-10197:Unable to create a new Oracle Home at
Oracle Home already exists at this location.
-------------------------------------------------------------
If OUI-10197 is encountered, the issue can be worked around as follows:

1. Use Detachhome with runInstaller
-------------------------------------------------------------
cd $ORACLE_HOME/oui/bin./runInstaller -silent -detachHome ORACLE_HOME="" ORACLE_HOME_NAME=""
-------------------------------------------------------------
OR

2. Use Updatenodelist with runInstaller
-------------------------------------------------------------
cd $ORACLE_HOME/oui/bin
./runInstaller -updateNodeList ORACLE_HOME=$ORACLE_HOME \
CLUSTER_NODES= \
LOCAL_NODE= -local
-------------------------------------------------------------
