（1）org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanDefinitionStoreException: IOException parsing XML document from file [D:\Users\John\Workspaces\MyEclipse 10\wm_train\beans.xml]; nested exception is java.io.FileNotFoundException: beans.xml (系统找不到指定的文件。)
Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: beans.xml (系统找不到指定的文件。)
在文件夹下搜索bean

（2）org.springframework.beans.factory.CannotLoadBeanClassException: Cannot find class [com.wm.dao.Impl] for bean with name 'AdminDaoImpl' defined in file [D:\Users\John\Workspaces\MyEclipse 10\wm_train\src\beans.xml]; nested exception is java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.wm.dao.Impl
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.wm.dao.Impl
我把class写到了package之下，没有写到该类之下。。。错误了。。。

经过查询文档，可以知道<mapping resource="org/hibernate/tutorial/domain/Event.hbm.xml"/>
