TSM 不能取出和放入磁带

3582带库：
不知道什么原因，现在既不能往磁带机里放磁带，也不能取磁带。
取磁带操作步骤：update 后，checkout。
报错：

ANR8437E、ANR0985I、ANR8963E、ANR8840E、ANR8840
