VMWare增加硬盘导致OracleRAC的ASM磁盘无法识别

为了对RAC增加节点，需要做一系列的检查，发现我的第一个节点的磁盘空间不够了，所以在虚拟机上新增加一块硬盘，并将/u01下的所有内容包括权限移动到新的硬盘上。本来相安无事，后来当我想要启动数据库的时候报错，FLASH磁盘组无法被挂载：

crs_stat -t

ora.FLASH.dg   ora....up.type ONLINE    OFFLINE 

ORA-15063: ASM discovered an insufficient number of disks for diskgroup

我以为是对应的ASM磁盘损坏了，比如disk head，然后重新createdisk发现节点1和节点2的磁盘不一致（VOL4是最新create的，也是之前无法mount的）：

节点1：

 [root@node1 ~]# /usr/sbin/oracleasm  querydisk /dev/sd*
Device "/dev/sda" is not marked as an ASM disk
Device "/dev/sda1" is not marked as an ASM disk
Device "/dev/sda2" is not marked as an ASM disk
Device "/dev/sdb" is not marked as an ASM disk
Device "/dev/sdb1" is marked an ASM disk with the label "VOL4"
Device "/dev/sdc" is not marked as an ASM disk
Device "/dev/sdc1" is marked an ASM disk with the label "VOL1"
Device "/dev/sdd" is not marked as an ASM disk
Device "/dev/sdd1" is marked an ASM disk with the label "VOL2"
Device "/dev/sde" is not marked as an ASM disk
Device "/dev/sde1" is marked an ASM disk with the label "VOL3"
Device "/dev/sdf" is not marked as an ASM disk
Device "/dev/sdf1" is not marked as an ASM disk

节点2：

 [root@node2 bin]# /usr/sbin/oracleasm querydisk /dev/sd*

Device "/dev/sde" is not marked as an ASM disk

Device "/dev/sde1" is not marked as an ASM disk

很明显的2个节点上的磁盘符不一致了，这个是导致一个diskgroup无法正常mount的源头。
