Hammer Crusher Usage and Application

Hammer crusher is widely used in the industry of mining, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and fodder. Hammer crusher is for the secondary or fine crushing of middle or less than middle hardness materials, such as barite, limestone, terrazzo, silica sandstone, coal, coke, gypsum, aluminum sulfate, slag and so on.

Hammer Crusher Working Principle 

The electric motor drives the  hammer crusher rotor, making the hammer rotate in high speed, the materials are crushed by the rotated hammer. The end products come out via the strips of the screen at the bottom of the hammer crusher. The granularity can be adjusted by changing the distance among the screen strips.
